How it Starts
Like all our work, this piece begins with input from the client describing the room in which it will live; the need it will meet; and the design statement it will make. From that, we create drawings to help focus the concept. We created several variations for this custom woodworking project.
Each of these drawings is a variation on the basic concept of the Farm Style buffet. There is plenty of storage, both open and hidden. Stylish barn style doors. And a spacious hand-crafted solid maple edge grain butcher block top from which to serve meals. After further input from the client, we reached the final design:
